Our prestige brand had humble beginnings in 1970s, when our founder Mdm Ong Kim Hoi, started a seafood hawker stall at Mattar Road Hawker Center.
Back in those days, it was uncommon for hawker stalls to sell fresh seafood and much less, crab dishes. However, our founder, who had the penchant for cooking, specially created our now acclaimed White Pepper Crab dish to differentiate our hawker stall from the competition. Until today, this homemade recipe remains a well-guarded secret.
Today, the restaurant continue to gain a loyal followings, and well-known for serving only the freshest seafood cooked to perfection, with signature dishes like Singapore Chilli Crab and White Pepper Crab capturing the hearts of locals and oversea customers.
No Signboard Seafood owns and operates two restaurants which are strategically located at the iconic places across Singapore such as Esplanade and Geylang.
